Staff Full Stack Engineer
Full rebuild of the CarMax Auctions experience. Led micro front end architecture, transforming a monorepo-style setup into a federated system where components render in isolation. Shipped Search v2 and a unified bidding experience (Time and Live Auctions) via a config-driven search page; migrated the app to MUI with the CarMax theme. Ran sprints for a team of up to seven developers.

Costco.com – Modernization
Staff Full Stack Engineer
Full site rebuild of Costco.com. Led system design and day-to-day leadership of 40 engineers across four teams. Designed the core rendering system—Contentful-driven, Gatsby SSG—where content models map to components (e.g. product carousels from product IDs). Built the Costco core UI library for costco.com US, Canada, Business, and others. Replaced a 4-week, developer-heavy page build with a headless CMS so marketing can create, A/B test, and remove pages in minutes.
